For the days you won't be in the room.
Record messages for the people you love and choose the day each one reaches them — an 18th birthday, a wedding morning, an anniversary years from now. Kept exactly as you leave them, delivered on the day with nobody's help.
Your first 3 keepsakes are free · $59 once for unlimited, no renewals · By invite during beta
"You were six when I recorded this, asleep in the next room. Here is what I wanted you to know on the day you turned eighteen."
"You were six when I recorded this, asleep in the next room. Here is what I wanted you to know on the day you turned eighteen."
Most services for this start from death. A keepsake for later starts from the days you'd want to be there for — and on each of them it arrives by itself.
Video, voice, a written note or a photo — recorded in the browser on any phone, in a minute. Short is fine; one true thing beats a speech.
A birthday twenty years out, the morning of a wedding, the day they turn the age you are now. Or right away. Each keepsake has its own date.
On its date a keepsake goes out by itself — no action from you, from them, or from us. If you're no longer here when the day comes, it still arrives, and the email says when you recorded it.
On the day, they get one plain email from you via KeepSakePage with a link only they hold. No account to make, nothing to buy, no app. They can keep a copy, or set it aside for later.
Your recordings are never edited, summarized, voiced or recreated by software. What they open is exactly what you recorded, however many years have passed.
If an email address no longer works by the time a keepsake is due, it goes to the person you named to pass it on, then to your keeper. Once a year we send you the list and ask if it's still right.
Three steps, as many times as you like, over as many years as it takes.
Open your page whenever something comes to you. A story, a recipe told properly, what you were like at their age. Add to it over months and years.
Choose who each keepsake is for and the day it should arrive. Nothing goes anywhere until you address it, and you can change your mind any time before it's sent.
On the day, we email them a private link. They open it, keep a copy if they like, and it stays there for them. You can see what's been delivered and what's still waiting.
Anyone with something to say and a date it belongs to.
A message might wait twenty years, so there is nothing to renew.
Give it to someone whose voice you'd want kept. For a parent or grandparent: one payment, nothing for them to renew, and a code you hand over in a card or over dinner. We can email it to them with your note, or send it to you to pass on yourself.
Give one · $59Written down, because you're trusting us with something that has to work long after you can check. The same promises are in our Terms of Service.
We will never generate, clone or 'complete' a keepsake in your voice or likeness. If you didn't record it, it doesn't exist.
A keepsake goes out on the date you set and not before. Nobody — not a relative, not us — can release one early, and nothing is sent because you went quiet.
Download everything you've recorded, and the record of every change, any time. If we ever wind the service down, every author gets twelve months' notice and their export.
The person who opens your keepsake is never asked to sign up, pay, or share anything. The page they see has your words on it and nothing else.
Then it goes out as planned, from you — that's the usual case. You'll see it marked delivered, and you can record the next one.
It still goes out on its date, with no one's intervention. The email says when you recorded it and makes no claim about you. We chose dates because they need nobody to verify anything, no waiting periods, and no one to get a hard call wrong.
Not today. Every keepsake has a date. We chose dates because they need nobody to verify anything, no waiting periods, and no one to get a hard call wrong. If you want something to arrive after you're gone, pick a day it belongs to — an 18th birthday, a wedding — and it will.
Yes, right up until it's delivered. Once someone has opened it, it's theirs and can't be changed or recalled.
One plain email with a private link. The page shows your name, the keepsake, and a button to keep a copy. They can say 'not today' and come back, or decline. Nothing is sold to them.
If an address no longer works when a keepsake is due, it goes to the fallback person you named on it, then to your page's keeper, and we tell you. Recipients you've told about their page can keep their own address current. Once a year we send you the full list to check.
Each recipient's link opens only their keepsakes. Your page's public address shows nothing. Your recordings are stored privately and never used for anything else.
Your first three keepsakes are free. $59 once unlocks unlimited keepsakes and people for good — no renewals, because a keepsake might wait twenty years. Or someone can give it to you as a gift.
No. Keepsakes you created during the beta are still delivered on their dates after it ends, your first three stay free, and anything you unlocked stays unlocked.
It takes a minute, and it doesn't have to be the big one. Start with the thing you'd want them to hear on a hard day.
