Terms of Service

KeepSakePage is operated by Truchel Advisory Group LLC. Last updated October 10, 2026. Questions: contact@keepsakepage.com.

These terms are the agreement between you and Truchel Advisory Group LLC ("we", "us") for using KeepSakePage (keepsakepage.com, the "Service"). By creating a page, contributing to one, or viewing a reveal, you agree to them.

The Service

KeepSakePage lets an organizer collect video, voice, written and photo messages from the people who love someone, curate them privately, and reveal them as a trailer and a collection. Features, plans and prices are described on the site and may change; we will not change the price of a plan you have already paid for.

Accounts and organizers

  • You must be at least 18 to create a page. You are responsible for the page you create, for the co-admins you add, and for keeping your sign-in email secure.
  • You decide what gets published. Review every contribution before it goes live; you can reject, hold back or delete anything.
  • You can delete your page at any time from its Settings. It goes dark immediately — the reveal link and the contribution form stop working — and everything on it is removed for good 30 days later; until then you can restore it from your account. Contributors keep whatever copies they saved themselves. Deleting a page within 14 days of paying for a plan waives the refund for that plan (ask us for the refund first if you would rather).
  • Invitations and reminders are sent in your name to people you enter. Only enter people who would reasonably expect to hear from you about this occasion, and honor any request to stop.

Your content

  • Everything you or your contributors upload stays yours. You grant us only the license we need to store, process, transcribe, cut and display it to the people you choose, for as long as the page exists.
  • By contributing, you confirm you have the right to share what you upload — your own words and recordings, and photos or music you are entitled to use — and that it is meant for the honoree and the organizer's guests.
  • Music you upload is your responsibility; use songs you wrote, commissioned, licensed, or are otherwise entitled to use for a private reveal.

What is not allowed

Do not use the Service to harass, threaten or humiliate anyone; to post sexual content involving minors or non-consensual intimate imagery; to impersonate someone; to send unsolicited bulk messages; to infringe others' rights; or to do anything illegal. Every reveal has a Report this page link. We may remove content or close pages that break these rules, and will cooperate with law enforcement when required.

Payments and refunds

  • Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the price shown when you buy. Taxes may apply.
  • If something we promised does not work and we cannot fix it before your event, tell us and we will refund the plan. Otherwise plans are not refundable once the trailer has been built or the page published.

Keepsakes for later

"Keepsakes for later" is a feature of the Service in which you (the "author") record messages — video, voice, written or photo — for particular people you name (the "recipients"), and we deliver each one by email, with a private link, on a calendar date you choose. These terms apply in addition to the rest of this agreement.

  • Delivery is by date only. A keepsake is released on the date you set for it, in the time zone recorded on your page, and not before. Nobody — not a recipient, a relative, a keeper, or us — can release a keepsake early. We do not offer release triggered by death or any other event; if you want a keepsake to arrive after you are gone, choose a date.
  • Nothing goes out until you address it. A keepsake with no recipient and date is stored but never sent. You can change or delete a keepsake at any time before it is delivered. Once delivered, it belongs to the recipient and cannot be changed or recalled.
  • Your consent. Before recording, you agree on a separate screen that we may deliver each keepsake on your behalf on the date you set, whether or not you are living on that day. We keep a record of that agreement and its version. You can withdraw it by deleting your page, which cancels every undelivered keepsake.
  • Kept exactly as you leave it. We store your recordings as you made them. We will never edit, summarize, generate, clone, "complete" or recreate a keepsake, or your voice or likeness, by software or otherwise. Transcription for your own review, if you request it, does not change the recording.
  • Recipients. A recipient receives one email from "your name via KeepSakePage" with a private link, and may keep a copy, set the keepsake aside, or decline it. Recipients are never asked to create an account, pay, or share anything, and we do not market to them. A recipient's link is for that recipient; please do not share it. For a recipient under 18, delivery is to the parent or guardian you name.
  • Keeper and fallback. You may name a keeper for your page and a fallback person for any keepsake. If a recipient's email address no longer works on the day, we deliver the recipient's link to the fallback person, then to the keeper, with a note asking them to pass it on; if neither exists we tell you. We notify a keeper when you name them and once a year; a keeper may decline by replying. You are responsible for choosing people who will treat a recipient's keepsake with care.
  • Yearly check. About once a year we email you the list of your recipients and keeper so you can correct addresses. Nothing changes because of that email. Recipients you choose to tell in advance may update their own address through their link.
  • Price. A page may hold a limited number of keepsakes at no charge, as shown at the time. The paid plan for keepsakes for later is a one-time payment at the price shown when you buy; it covers unlimited keepsakes and recipients on that page for the life of the Service, with no renewal. A gift purchase works the same way for the person who redeems it. Payment terms above otherwise apply; a one-time keepsakes plan is refundable within 14 days if no keepsake has been delivered.
  • Your export. You can download all your keepsakes, your recipient list and the record of changes at any time from your page.
  • If we ever wind down. Keepsakes may wait for decades, so we make this commitment: if we decide to stop operating keepsakes for later, we will give every author at least twelve months' notice by email, keep delivering keepsakes that fall due during that period, and provide every author's export before the end of it. If the Service is transferred to another operator, these terms travel with your keepsakes.
  • Limits. We deliver by email, which depends on addresses and mail systems we do not control; the keeper and fallback exist for that reason. Keepsakes for later is not a will, a legal instrument, or a substitute for estate planning, and we do not verify, adjudicate or act on claims about an author's death.

Text messages: the KeepSakePage reminders program

Program. "KeepSakePage reminders" are text messages sent by Truchel Advisory Group LLC, operating as KeepSakePage, to people who ask for them on a keepsake page — or, for keepsakes for later, a recipient who asks on their own private page to be texted on the day a keepsake is due: a reminder that the page is closing soon if they have not yet added their message, at most one further reminder, and a note when the finished tribute is shared with them. You opt in only by entering your own mobile number on a page (on the contribution form or the "text me a reminder" card) and ticking the box that describes these messages. Organizers cannot opt you in, and we do not send marketing texts.

Frequency. Up to 3 messages per event. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will get one confirmation and nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at contact@keepsakepage.com or on our About page. Our number is +1 720 706 8677.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how numbers and opt-in records are handled; we do not sell or share SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing.

Availability and your archive

We work hard to keep reveals playing on the night, including the party-proof offline cache, but we cannot promise the Service will be uninterrupted. Download the family archive when your event is over; it is yours to keep regardless of what happens to the Service. If we ever discontinue the Service we will give at least 60 days' notice so you can download your archive.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for the content your contributors upload.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; we will post the new version here and update the date above, and material changes will be announced by email to organizers. Questions: contact@keepsakepage.com.
