A farewell gift from everyone they're leaving behind
Someone's moving across the country, leaving the company after twelve years, or finishing a long posting. A card gets signed and lost. KeepSakePage gathers a message from everyone they're leaving — video, a voice note, a written note, a photo — and cuts the best moments into a short film for the send-off.
The whole collection lives on a private page they take with them, which is the point: the people stay. Free during the beta for friends and family; a workplace page with invoicing is $299.

How it works for a farewell
Collect
One private link for the team, the street, the club — and the phone number for anyone who'd rather call. Add the people who left before them; they're often the messages that land hardest. Two minutes each.
Cut
Approve the messages, pick the song, and let the director cut the film: the best moment from each video, the best line from every note, the length the lunch or the last evening allows.
The send-off
Play it at the drinks, the dinner, the last all-hands. Then hand them the link — every message, theirs to keep, wherever they land.
What to say in a farewell message
Borrow one, or let it remind you of your own. Thirty seconds is plenty; the director keeps the best moment.
- Twelve years, and you never once took credit for someone else's work. That's rarer than you think. Go well.
- The street won't be the same. Who's going to lend us the ladder now?
- You were the first person to say hello when I joined, and the last to leave every party. Both will be missed.
- From the Thursday five-a-side: we've retired your number. We only have one number, so this is a sacrifice.
- Here's what the office will look like without you, and why we'll still quote you in meetings.
- You taught me that the job is the people, not the title. I've passed that on more times than I can count.
- We'll visit. We mean it. Leave the spare room made up.
- I left two years ago and I'm still using what you taught me. Thank you for the start.
- From the kids on the block: thank you for the Halloween decorations, every single year.
- Happy trails from the night shift. Nobody made 3 a.m. feel like a team the way you did.
A few facts
Questions people ask
What's a good farewell gift from coworkers?
The one thing the team can give that nobody else can: themselves. A KeepSakePage collects a short message from everyone they worked with and cuts the best moments into a film for the send-off; they take the whole page with them.
Can the company pay by invoice?
Yes. KeepSakePage for Teams is $299 per page, by card or invoice, with the company's name on the page if you want it. A few friends organizing on their own can use the free beta instead.
Can people who've already left take part?
Yes. The link works for anyone; nothing is tied to a company login or a street address.
What about people who won't open a link?
Every page has a phone number. They call, hear the name in the greeting, and talk after the tone. It lands on the page like any other message.
How far ahead should we start?
Two weeks is comfortable; a week works if the news came late. Most people record within a couple of days of being asked, and one-tap reminders cover the rest.
Will they see it early?
No. You and any co-organizer approve every message, and the page is private until you reveal it at the send-off.
What do they get afterwards?
The link to the full page — every message, every photo, the film — and a downloadable archive. It goes with them.
